We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like any other shipping method please contact us for further information. We do offer shipping to internatioal locations. Please keep reading for further international shipping information.
In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If I expect there will be a delay, I will let you know promptly. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and telephone number at checkout.
Drop-shipped items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer so therefore may ship separately from other items in your order. Drop-shipped items are generally sent via USPS First Class mail.
Free shipping promotions may be offered on particular products from time to time. This promotion is only when the ship to address is in the Continental US. When shipping items outside of the Continental US actual shipping charges will be applied and will vary based on size & destination. We will always strive to find the most cost efficient shipping for you.
International shipping options are now limited to United States Postal Service Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. We will require all international packages have postal insurance to insure against loss or damage. There will also be a handling fee of $5 added to all international packages.
Once items are in possession of the Postal Service I am no longer responsible for them. Any lost, stolen or damaged goods are not my responsibility. Insurance for your items is available for an extra charge.
If the USPS leaves a notice for your parcel, you have 10 days to pick it up (according to their policies) before they send it back to me. If it gets sent back to me then any additional shipping charges will be your responsibility. If you had received Free Shipping on your order then you will be charged this shipping as well.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Once your order has been placed we prefer that you not try to cancel. I begin packing orders immediately after they are placed so that I can provide the fastest shipping possible. If you do need to cancel and I have already prepared it for shipping, you will be refunded your money less a 15% restocking fee. This helps cover the cost of used materials and time.
RETURNS
I will be happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unused & unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to actual shipping charges as well as the 15% restocking fee. Items sold on clearance are at final sale. No returns will be accepted for items on clearance.
You must receive authorization prior to return or exchange. Please contact us to receive a return authorization. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original packaging (if applicable).
If your product is defective, you must return it to Comfy Cozy Diapers for a replacement. Examples of defects are broken snaps and aplix coming off. Wicking IS NOT considered a defect.
Please allow 10-15 days from return shipment date for processing.
