The following information will help you with any problems you may have with defective merchandise. Many manufacturers prefer to handle defects themselves so they are aware of problems that occur. If you need a new copy of your receipt please email amy@comfycozydiapers.com and I can send you a new copy of your receipt. Defects include loose stitching, hole, sewing workmanship, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal wear and tear and does not suffice for repair or replacement. In that time, you may return a diaper to Knickernappies at no charge. They will repair or replace it, then mail it back. After 1-year they will repair it, if it is repairable, at no charge. You will just have to pay to ship it to them. Knickernappies will pay to return it to you. If you purchased your diaper within the last 6 months there is no charge for this service. After that there is only a small charge. If you do not have your receipt and are unable to get a copy from your retailer, Mommy's Touch will assume it is no longer under warranty and will need a check or money order for the repairs. Snap replacement on diapers or other items can be done for $3.00. Repairs that require sewing after the 6-month warranty are $5.00. They will not replace products after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from a retailer. DryBees: http://www.drybees.com/store/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=5 DryBees offers a 1-year warranty on all materials used in the construction of diapers. This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the productʼs components come undone or unattached.
