Warranty Information

The following information will help you with any problems you may have with defective merchandise. Many manufacturers prefer to handle defects themselves so they are aware of problems that occur. Please click on the provided link of each manufacturer for more information. If you need a new copy of your receipt please email amy@comfycozydiapers.com and I can send you a new copy of your receipt.

Thirsties products are under warranty for up to 90 days after the original purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, hole, sewing workmanship, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal wear and tear and does not suffice for repair or replacement. Email Thirsties directly if you have a problem with a defective product.

Rocky Mountain Diapers guarantee their products for up to 60 days against manufacturer defects; such as snap defects, elastic defects, or stitching/workmanship defects.

Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for 1-year. In that time, you may return a diaper to Knickernappies at no charge. They will repair or replace it, then mail it back. After 1-year they will repair it, if it is repairable, at no charge. You will just have to pay to ship it to them. Knickernappies will pay to return it to you. Returns (include a note with your name, address, email, and reason for return) may be sent to:

Mommy's Touch has a repair department so your diapers can be fixed if something goes wrong. If you purchased your diaper within the last 6 months there is no charge for this service. After that there is only a small charge. If you do not have your receipt and are unable to get a copy from your retailer, Mommy's Touch will assume it is no longer under warranty and will need a check or money order for the repairs. Snap replacement on diapers or other items can be done for $3.00. Repairs that require sewing after the 6-month warranty are $5.00.

Imse Vimse stands behind their merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. Return the item to Imse Vimse with a copy of your invoice. Diapers will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling, shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies. Happy Heinys has a 6-month warranty for their snaps and 90 days for elastic and sewing defects. Defects will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Happy Heinys. Wear issues are under warranty for the first 2 weeks of purchase. Happy Heinys' bottom line is to have happy customers and will take care of any problems you may have. If you have a product that needs repair, mail the item to them with a note detailing the problem along with your email address, telephone number and return address. Bummis guarantees that their polyester products will be waterproof for 100 washes and their nylon products for 50 washes. This guarantee applies to the waterproof fabric only. They also guarantee that their products will be free of defects in workmanship after reasonable use as part of a rotation of diapering products. They will not replace products after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from a retailer.

DryBees offers a 1-year warranty on all materials used in the construction of diapers. Contact Customer Service (drybeescustomerservice@gmail.com) or call 877-890-7071. You will need a receipt, clear photo and/or be asked to return the product to get a replacement.

We guarantee every item we sell against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the productʼs components come undone or unattached.

For your items to be eligible for return, they must meet the following criteria with NO EXCEPTIONS:

· Item/s must have been purchased directly from Rumparooz.com. Rumparooz Diapers must have been purchased through www.rumparooz.com or an authorized retailer. Products purchased on clearance (liquidation), diaperswappers, or any other third party are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or manufacturer's warranty.

· Proof of purchase or an invoice/packing slip copy must be included in your return package.

· RE Form (obtainable from customer service) must be included in your return package.

· When returning defective products, the item/s must be clean, and dry before it is sent back to us. For safety reasons, we will not handle items that are soiled, smelly or wet.

If there are any cosmetic wear issues within the first 4 weeks of purchase, we will repair or replace your product. Any cosmetic wear after 4 weeks will be non-refundable due to use and washing of the product. As with any other garment, wear and tear is normal.
