While they are trim fitting, they will accomodate almost any insert, including a prefold! Knickernappies also feature elastic at both the waist and back. This keeps messes where they belong: in the diaper! With hidden snaps and gentle leg elastic, Knickernappies are designed for your baby's comfort.
